Fourteen programmes across ERP, CRM, ITSM, integration and infrastructure.
A state government insurance authority
Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM in nine months
A state government insurance authority. A full-scale Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementation on a nine-month clock, with payroll, banking, CRM and identity all needing to land together. Led the technical scope across onshore and offshore teams, ran the technical workshops, and owned end-to-end integration between the surrounding systems. Delivered inside the nine months, multi-system integration live, data centralised.
WaterPlus, via Mitra Innovation. The Severn Trent and United Utilities merger left a single integration platform carrying more than seventeen integrations, with a £1B business depending on it. Ran L2–L3 integration support across cutover, hypercare, early life support and continuous improvement, plus vendor and change management against SLA. The platform stayed stable and the business kept running through the transition.
Travis Perkins PLC. The UK's largest builders' merchant needed round-the-clock cover for a complex integration platform as part of its digital transformation, and no model existed. Built and led a team of six across onshore and offshore, designed the knowledge management strategy, and ran operational readiness and performance testing ahead of major releases. The model held: stable platform, smooth releases, continuous service improvement.
Aurecon. Senior BA and Scrum Master across the CRM and Workday Finance squads. Tightened how epics and stories were defined and rebuilt sprint planning and retrospectives, so decisions held between ceremonies instead of being relitigated in the next one. Measurable lift in team effectiveness and agile maturity.
WIA Systems USA. An IFS implementation partner running support, documentation and code across three disconnected systems. Stood up the Atlassian suite as a single backbone — Jira for incident and service request management, Confluence for the knowledge base and solution documentation, Bitbucket for source control on customer builds. The practice could then service its IFS customer base from one system of record.
Bedford Group — Australia's second-largest NDIS employer
NAV 2017 to Business Central, with NDIS billing
Bedford Group — Australia's second-largest NDIS employer. An ageing NAV 2017 estate that couldn't integrate or scale with the organisation. Managed the upgrade to Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS, integrated a custom NDIS billing solution, and automated accounts payable. Better financial management, and headroom to grow.

Dairy Australia, via D365 Group. The IFS ERP estate was expensive to maintain and the data underneath it was disorganised. Migrated to Dynamics 365 Business Central, implemented portfolio management, and automated accounts payable through MediusFlow. Lower run cost, cleaner data, new functionality on top.

Transurban Group, via PTA Consulting. Gaps in GST declaration and compliance that needed closing. Implemented Tax Management inside Workday, analysed and remediated the GST transactional data, and tightened the validation rules around it. Accurate declarations and far less room for the problem to recur.
The Bridge Inc. An NDIS social enterprise moving off Tencia ERP, needing stronger inventory and assembly management on the way out. Led the full Business Central implementation across Finance, Inventory and Assembly, then integrated it with Supportability NDIS and DOMO so reporting worked end to end rather than stopping at the finance boundary.

Waverley Industries Ltd. An NDIS social enterprise whose legacy M1 ERP no longer matched how the business ran, with inventory practice that needed restructuring before any system would help. Implemented Business Central Finance and Assembly, and brought in a warehouse management specialist to reset the practice alongside the build — the system and the way people worked changed together.

Applied Measurement Australia. A precision measurement business that had outgrown Xero and needed a finance platform that could carry operational growth. Ran the end-to-end Business Central implementation and built a SharePoint knowledge repository alongside it, so process knowledge had somewhere to live rather than staying in people's heads.

Coveris Advanced Coatings. A complex Dynamics NAV and PrintVis environment changing support hands, where downtime wasn't an option. Ran a support needs analysis first, then led the L2–L3 transition through facilitated workshops, and added JET Reports so reporting ran automatically instead of on request. Faster response times and a support framework that held.
Rockland Distilleries Ltd. An outdated NAV system with a manual sales process attached to it. Implemented SAP C4C as the CRM to automate that process, integrated it back to the updated NAV system, and enabled geo-tagged sales tracking through SAP tabs. A modernised sales workflow with real-time location data behind it.

Christie Spaces Australia. A flexible workspace operator needing a service support model and the infrastructure to stand it on. Designed and implemented on-premise HP Blade server clustering, configured Active Directory, and set up Exchange. More reliable service and simpler IT operations underneath it.
