Clariti Advisory (“Clariti”, “we”, “us”) is based in Australia and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@clariti.global.

What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use our contact form: your name, work email, organisation, role and the message you send.
• Guide downloads. When you request a field guide: your name, work email, organisation and role.
• How you found us. The referring page and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you followed.
• Analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the site is used (pages viewed, device and approximate location). If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a conversation if you ask for one.
• To give you access to the guides you request.
• To send occasional writing on decision governance and transformation. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
• To understand which content is useful and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who helps us handle it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site and manage enquiries:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our CRM, which stores enquiries and contact details.
• Lovable Cloud, which hosts the website and its database.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

These providers may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We use providers that apply recognised security safeguards, and we only share what they need to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact details for as long as we have a reason to stay in touch, or as required by law. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

• You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email, or by writing to us.
• You can change your cookie choice by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
